The Congress on Tuesday alleged that a “gigantic rip-off is brewing” within the Rafale deal and accused the Modi government of “promoting the pursuits of Top Minister’s crony capitalist buddies”.

Addressing a press conference, Congress communication chief Randeep Surjewala mentioned the Modi government violated the Defence Procurement Device (DPP) and bypassed the pursuits of PSU Hindustan Aeronautics Restricted (HAL).
